Rise not allowing user to advance

Hi Timothy!

I understand that you are having issues when trying to advance beyond a scene in Rise. Is the course hosted in an LMS? Is this happening to just one of the users or everyone taking the course? 

Sometimes, a user cannot advance beyond a scene because certain elements must be completed before moving on.
