Rise not loading

I am the only one having issue with Rise this morning. When trying to access it I'm getting a "Your content is loading" page and after a few minutes I'm getting an "Access denied" message (see screenshot).

  • I'm having the same issue. Had this issue yesterday too for a bit but it went away. Now experiencing again this morning. 

  • From an engineer's perspective, there's nothing more irritating than when you're trying to fix a problem, and everyone is asking how long will it take?

    On the basis that they're working (hard) on a tough issue that will take "as long as it takes" I'm going to find something else to do for a while ... and ditch my plans to finish this work today :(

  • I understand your point of view Steven. But when in your planning of the week you arranged that today was your day to work in Rise... it's frustrating.

    Rise 360 is loading normally again, and you can now publish courses without issues. Our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure everything is running smoothly.

    Please test this out and let us know if the issue recurs. Thank you!

  • Mine is still not working.  It was intermittent for a day, all out down yesterday, and today still not working. If this was a cheap app, I'd understand, but we pay a premium for this. It's always buggy. It is definitely not GOAT.

    I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue. 

    We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
