Trouble with loading Rise Review 360
I've never had a problem with loading Review 360 to work on my course but today I can't open it. I keep getting the error message that I include under attachments. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Rise 360 and Review 360!
Checking our status page, I'm not seeing any downtime reported for either of those products. Are you encountering these errors across all supported browsers or is the behavior local to one?
Also, it sounds like you were trying to include screenshots with your reply but they did not come through. Do you mind reattaching them?

Thanks for following up and sharing a screenshot of the error!
Is there a chance you've installed any new Google Chrome extensions recently? I've seen other users run into similar, authentication errors that were related to Chrome extensions. However, if this behavior occurs across all browsers, and clearing your browser's cache doesn't help, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
