RISE not recognizing Course Completion - Storyline 3 Scorm File to RISE

Hi There -

The company I work for currently uses RISE as our LMS.

I have authored a course in Storyline 3 and I have published it as a SCORM File. I have successfully uploaded the ZIP File into RISE. However, when a learner compeltes the course, RISE is not registering this completion. It is staying in a "pending" status.

I have updated the SCORM publishing information to show completed before loading into RISE but this still isn't working.

I am hoping, as these are two Articulate programs, the expertise of this community can provide me some assistance.
