Rogue Jump-to-Slide trigger overriding regular triggers
Hi all,
I've come across a rogue Jump-to-Slide trigger that mysteriously appears any time I add a new freeform question to the course I'm developing and overrides any Jump-to-Slide triggers I may have.
It mainly appears with text entries but it can sometimes turn up with other exercise types as well.
This trigger appears the moment I either create a new text entry from scratch or turn an existing exercise into a text entry. It overrides my existing Jump-to triggers making the user progress to seemingly random parts of the course when they hit the Submit button skipping any feedback layers I may have added.
This rogue trigger appears as a red arrow alongside my regular triggers but is unresponsive and nowhere to be found on the Trigger Wizzard.
A very helpful Articulate support person has been trying to resolve this problem for a month and a half now but with no success. I've sent my source file so the support person can try to replicate the bug but strangely enough, it wasn't possible. Then, using ScreenMeet, he finally managed to replicate it and noticed this issue is not only with text entries but with the rest of the freeform exercises as well.
I believe now the issue has been even escalated to the engineers but since there hasn't been an update for a month now I thought I better ask you guys and seek your experience.
Maybe someone has had similar issues in the past or knows a workaround?
