SABA LMS not reading complete
I have a course that uses custom variables to ask the person to make a choice. The issue is at the end of the course, the SABA (Cornerstone) LMS does not show the course as complete and successful for everyone. SCORM Cloud does show as complete and successful.
Has anyone had this problem and a solution?
Story file attached. Maybe I am missing something that solves the problem.

We are using Cornerstone and have had the same issue with some Browsers. Make sure they are using one of the more common ones. Ask them to try with a different one and see if it will mark them correctly.

Thank you for the reply. I have asked one of the places I am dealing with to find out what people are doing when they complete the course. I do have the final EXIT button on the course set to show Complete and it could be they are just closing the window there.
I also asked them to be sure and close the course in SABA properly. I will circle back and mark this Solution when I know the result.

Ah, you're using Cornerstone. The course not completing issue is one that plagued me too, and in some cases, I could never figure out what was causing it -- I just force-completed the course for the affected users. However here, I suspect it's user error. If the user closes the window when the course is done instead of clicking Exit, then the course will not register as completed. Have you asked the affected users to take the course again and then make sure to click Exit when they are done?
I've also seen pop-up-blockers being on and browser extensions (like uBlock) interfere with progress, so check those too.If none of those work, then it may be network connectivity. For some reason, Cornerstone seems particularly affected by network dropouts and slow connections; you can ask the affected users to take the course during times of low network usage.
Hope this helps.
