Text entry fields are getting auto filled from when I tested in Storyline, even when launched in an LMS. Is there any way to remove the data it appears to have saved from me testing in Storyline for users enrolled in the course in our LMS?

Have you had a chance to double-check that your autofill settings are toggled off in Edge? Perhaps that will resolve the data saved when viewing your course in Microsoft Edge.
