Scenario Assessment
I am looking for help. I am building a self-assessment for a leadership development course with 9 scenario based questions. Each scenario has 3 choices with one being the optimal response. The other two are both less optimal.
I would like the end of the assessment to indicate in a table or chart the results for each question by showing OPTIMAL/LESS OPTIMAL. This would then indicate any that are Less Optimal to go to the resources linked on the page.
I need to figure out how to create variables and conditions to either show the OPTIMAL or LESS OPTIMAL result for each scenario on the results page. I tried STATES but don't know how to link the result of the state back to the page with each scenario response choice.

I'm looking forward to the suggestions you will receive from our talented community members! In the meantime, I wanted to offer some resources and an idea that might work if you don't need to track or report their choices (which can still be done but will require additional items).
You can accomplish what you're looking for in different ways, but likely using variables and states. Here are some links to teach you about those building blocks:

I am also attaching a .story file with a suggestion:
- Each scenario can be a different slide with a number variable attached to it.
- Each option would change the variable to either 1, 2, or 3.
- On the results slide, you can change the state of the textbox that shows the option chosen and if it's optimal/less optimal depending on the value of the variable.
