When you test the .story file either in preview or locally published, do you also experience this behavior? If so, would you be comfortable sharing the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can take a look at what's going on?
If this is only happening when published to the LMS, I would recommend testing it with SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
