Scoring incorrectly when I preview my quiz on articulate

Kindly help unfortunately this is urgent, the agents are busy going through this test.
They will answer all questions correctly 100%, but result will score them 55%.

Hi, Matete.
Since those packages were not built with Articulate products, I'm not sure I can offer much help here. I'd recommend testing them in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is possibly related to a Moodle setting.
I also recommend removing the files from your post, since Raptivity might not allow the distribution of paid content on a public forum.
