Hi Natasha,
The SCORM limits aren't set by Storyline, but by the LMS standard - so there isn't anything that we can change to raise that limit. In terms of changing what Storyline sends it's dependent on what you include in your course and you can see the suggestions here for ways to look at changing that set up.
