SCORM File crashing - Storyline 360

Hello,

I have published the SCORM file and uploaded to an LMS, it works but after a while it crashes, no error just spooling. I uploaded the same e-learning a few weeks ago and it worked perfectly but I needed to make updates, now that the updates have been made I get the issue where it crashes. Can someone help please?

I attach an image of the crash.

Great call opening a support case, CarolineDaly! I see that you're working with our colleague John Carlo. You're in excellent hands!

We'll continue the conversation over in your case.

Have a great start to your day!

  • Hi CarolineDaly,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue!

I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few clarifying questions.

    • Have you tried viewing the course in a different browser? Is your browser up-to-date?
    • If you republish the course does the issue persist?
    • Testing your course in SCORM Cloud can help us determine if there's an issue with your course or with the LMS. If it doesn't load in SCORM Cloud, it would be helpful to see a copy of your course for further troubleshooting.

You can share your file here or privately in a support case if you prefer, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Thanks Kelly, I will create a support case and upload the file. I deleted the problem slide and recreated it and it works on our LMS (access LMS) but still stalls on the singular nouns video when uploaded to Knowbe4 which is where we want to host it. The old file worked on Knowbe4 already. Appreciate your help I will create a case now.

      Kind regards,

      Caroline
