SCORM File crashing - Storyline 360

I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few clarifying questions.
- Have you tried viewing the course in a different browser? Is your browser up-to-date?
- If you republish the course does the issue persist?
- Testing your course in SCORM Cloud can help us determine if there's an issue with your course or with the LMS. If it doesn't load in SCORM Cloud, it would be helpful to see a copy of your course for further troubleshooting.
You can share your file here or privately in a support case if you prefer, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
