• Could you please share what browser you are using? Do you notice this if you try downloading the content on another browser?
• Is this happening with all courses or a specific one? 
• When you click on Download Content, do you receive an error message or notification within Rise 360?

Same problem. After publishing I receive a mail with a link to where I can download the content. I have tried both Chrome and MS Edge. I can't get it to download.

No download is happening. Please return with advise or solution.
