Hi Everyone!
I'm happy to share that we just released another update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.104.35448.0, we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- When in Review Mode, the automatically generated check marks were observed to not meet the requirements for WCAG 1.1.1
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Have you checked the focus order and the accessibility window (to make sure it is appearing to screen readers)?
I would first verify that the check marks are appearing to the screen reader and then make sure they are appearing in the order you want them read.
The check marks are not being announced at all?
