Screencast does not play in Citrix - new courses only (storyline 3)
We use Moodle to host elearning courses. Whenever one of the courses gets to a screencast it sits on loading screen and stays there - when in a citrix environment only.
When playing on Windows machine it works fine. When playing on citrix through "In Private" option it also works.
I have older courses that work still but new ones don't. I'm not sure whats changed I publish everything the same way. Had this issue a few months now.

Hmmm, if it works in private browsing mode, maybe try deleting the history (cookies) and try again ...
Sorry should have said - not just one machine and it happens with first instance of playing so I don't think cookies will help but thanks for your suggestion

But since recent update we can only publish as HTML5
Don't know if this will help. This is where the error occurs with the HTML video element.
