Hi, we have recently upgraded from Studio 13 to Storyline 3. Our first published (hosted via articulate LMS) storyline 3 content won't play in our CITRIX environment (works fine on tablet/smartphone, home computer running Chrome and Internet Explorer). Can you verify or suggest a work around for our published Storyline courses to play through CITRIX?
Hi
Thanks for your reply. The module will open when chewing in Citrix, i.e.
you can see the player template with menu items but the rest doesn't load,
you just get the spinning "trying to load" circle over the content area.
I've tried different file sized projects but this doesn't make a
difference.
Yes I did mean articulate online. Or studio packages published on
articulate online work through Citrix.
What browser are you using in Citrix? Also, did you publish for Flash/HTML5 fallback, or one of the HTML5 first/only options? Do you know if you're viewing the Flash or HTML5 output in the browser? There may also be some browser security restrictions in place within your Citrix environment that are causing the course to not play back correctly. If you'd like, it may be easier to figure those out with Support Engineers help - you can reach out to them here!
Thanks for the tip, have gone back to look at how the package was published and reupublished using Flah/HTML5 and we can now view through CITRIX no problem.

Hi Susie,
We don't support installing or editing Articulate content within a Citrix environment, but I haven't heard of a lot of users viewing the published content through Citrix. What happens when you try to access it? Also, you mentioned the Articulate LMS - do you mean Articulate Online?

Glad that worked for you Susan and got you up and running!
