Screenshot Button Missing
I'm running Storyline 360 v3.108 and the Screenshot button is missing on the Insert tab. Can someone please help.

Your screenshot was of the HOME tab, not the insert. However, if you are on the Insert Tab, Select the small Expansion Carat under the Picture option
and you should see the Screenshot option there.
Hi there! Thank you for your response. I see I accidentally uploaded the wrong image, as I know you can't get to the Picture tab from the Home tab. I clicked Insert > Picture. Anyway, when I click the small Expansion Carat under Picture, it immediately goes to the File Explorer window, prompting me to select a file. But as an update, I have figured out when the anomaly happens. When I have the software platform opened (DTX Studio Clinic) that I need to create an e-learning course for, the sub-menu for the Picture icon disappears. When I close the DTX software, the sub-menu returns. This is very frustrating as you can imagine because I have very a tight deadline with this course, and I can't get what I need. I will have to contact Storyline's support and have them log into my system again. Thank you again for responding!
