Scrren recordings are blurry

Hello,

I have read many tips etc but I am struggling to get  screen recordings created in articulate to not be blurry when published. I have tried creating the screen recording in Powerpoint and inserting in articulate as an MP4. It look fine on preview and blurry upon production. I see several people have had these issues. Is there a video or step by step guide to the best to record and publish a screen reading. I used the zoom tool and it helped some but the final product was still blurry. I have attached the storyline file below. This was my final product the client accepted it but asked us to do better next year so all tips . advice and suggestion are appreciated. I am new to doing screen recordings.
