I made a video about how I recommend doing this, and to answer your questions-
- Yes
- See video. Never modify the CSS that comes with your course, we are adding a new file.
- Its not supported by Rise, and the RTL css does not affect Storyline files. If using Storyline, those will need to be redesigned in RTL. And some courses require some custom CSS, depending on the design of the course.
