"Send a copy" of a course.

Hi,

I have developed a course in Rise. There is an option to "send a copy". I receive an error stating "in a different regional data center". Can you explain what that means? 

Can you share a course with other articulate users? 

Can you upload other articulate SCORM files to your Rise account?
