Setting Global Font Color in RISE

I am wondering if there is a way to set font color globally in RISE for paragraph text. It seems to default to a grey color, which isn't ...
One work around that I tried (and it seems to work) - after exporting the Rise course for web or LMS - open the main.bundle css file with a text editor and do a find replace for default text color hex code #313537 and replace with #000000 and save. (for LMS would have to re-zip the files)
