Shadow effect causing slowdown
Anyone have this happen?
I added a shadow effect to an image from the content library and the slides those images were on slowed way down. All other slides weren't having this issue. Once I took the shadow effect off it ran as normal.

I'm sorry that Storyline is slowing after adding shadows to characters from the content library! After doing some testing while adding my own characters, I wasn't able to reproduce the behavior. Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can troubleshoot?
