Shared Question Banks Issues
Our team recently worked on a question bank in Rise360, but all of us had difficulty logging in questions simultaneously. For instance, some of us would share a question from a Rise360 module to the question bank and others would access the question bank link directly.
Unfortunately, when all of us try to log questions in a shared question bank at the same time, we encounter an error stating "Error occurred! Please try again." Our current work around is to allocate specific time for individuals to log questions.
Is there a way for multiple users to log questions in a question bank at the same time or is this a current limitation?

Sorry to hear you and your team are having trouble collaborating on Question Banks in Rise 360!
Once a Question Bank has been added to a shared team folder, an 'Editing' status will display if someone is currently editing the Question Bank. You can see who is editing and have the option to 'take control', which discards their unsaved changes and makes the other author the current editor. This allows for collaborative editing, but only one person can actively edit at a time.
