Sizing issue with Scorm content

I am having an issue where SCORM content appears to be too large once uploaded into an LMS. I'm not certain what platform was used to create the content, we are getting it from a provider. But, when uploaded into either of two LMSs the navigation controls are not visible and there is not a way to scroll to make them visible. Any guidance will be welcome.

Have you tried uploading and testing the course on SCORM Cloud? You can access and adjust a lot of properties relating to the course behavior there.

  • Hi Matt!

It sounds like you've hit a snag when trying to upload a SCORM package to your LMSs. Glad to see Joseph has been helping you out!

As Joseph shared, a helpful first step would be testing the SCORM package in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud. If the course uploads successfully, and the navigational elements are present, it's likely that the issue lies with the LMS being used rather than the course itself.

Also, I'd be happy to help determine which Articulate 360 application was used to author the course. Would you be comfortable sharing the course itself or screenshots of the content? Feel free to upload it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
