Skipped Lessons
Not sure how else to describe it but it looks like this (screenshot of table of contents below) after the user logs off and does not return to the course a while, like a week, or a month or so.
The user progresses normally through the course with each lesson getting ticked off with a check. After logging back in after a week, the progress seems to have been reset except:
(a) The course overview is still reflects previous progress made; for example, "50% complete"
(b) The table of contents (screenshot) still shows check mark where the user left off BUT they are forced to start over

It's not obvious from the screenshot what problem you are trying to describe.

Hi CharlieX!
Happy to jump in here!
Do you mind sharing how your learners were viewing the Rise 360 content when they encountered this behavior? If it was through an LMS, a helpful first step is checking to see if the course exceeds the suspended data limit for your learning standard. Also, can the same issue be observed across all supported browsers, or is it local to one?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
