HELP! Deleted a lesson in RISE

I mistakenly deleted a lesson in my Rise course (which happens to hold my entire course) - is there any workaround yet for Rise to retrieve deleted items ??? Weeks of work. :(

  • Hello Shannon and Kathleen, 🎉

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update adds the following feature:

There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available. Let me know if you have any questions about this update.

  • Hello Shannon!

I'm sorry to hear that you accidentally deleted a lesson in your Rise course.

When you delete a block or lesson in Rise, the Undo notification appears at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen for 12 seconds. However, once this disappears, the block or lesson can no longer be recovered.

One way to prevent this in the future is to create duplicates of your courses before editing the original course. We are tracking requests for a feature to revert to an earlier version of your course. I'll be happy to add you to the list so that you'll get notified if we make changes that will help.

      Hello,

Is there any way to retrieve an accidentally deleted course? I just lost 8 hours of work because I misread the course I was trying to delete.

If you deleted an entire Course, on the Rise 360 list of courses page, scroll down the left panel and find the Deleted folder at the very bottom.

Open the folder and for the course you want to restore, click on the three dots on the right hand side of the course name, and choose Remove from trash.
