Cannot add content to a lesson - help!
Hi -- this is very strange -- I use Rise 360 frequently and this has never occurred. Keep getting an error message saying "Something Went wrong..Please try again" when I am trying to add conted to a lesson.
I was able to add content to a few lessons in the course earlier today -- and now when I try to add in a new lesson (same course) I get the error message. I have rebooted the computer twice.
I can MODIFY the lessons that are working and edit so that at least I can keep working -- but any suggestions to fix this issue? THANKS in advance!
Hello ColleenMcKayWha! I can see how that would become quite frustrating! It is helpful to know that the error message only appears when adding content to a lesson. If you're still finding the error message appears, I would recommend duplicating the course to see if the same behavior happens in a duplicate. If so, is it possible that you can share the course with us privately? You can send a copy to support@articulate.com
