Slide trigger malfunction

In my Storyline my final slide has one button I created with two triggers assigned to it. The button submits the responses for the survey and should return the user to the first slide to exit the program. However, when I click the button it sends the user to a slide in the middle of the course. I turned off all the triggers and this persists. The final slide is 1.40 and the slide it jumps to is 1.41 so the first thing I checked is the automatic "Jump to nest slide" trigger. I have looked all over and deleted all triggers, but this problem persists. What am I missing?
