Slides transition looks jumpy

Hey Alyssa,
The jump/flash is occurring in preview mode, as well as when I publish it to CD. However, when I publish it to LMS and go in and view the HTML file, it is not jumping/flashing. So I'm assuming it won't be a problem once we actually publish it to our site.
BUT in case anyone wants more info on this specific glitch I'll go ahead and answer your questions anyway!
1. I am using the most updated version of Storyline 3.
2. See above.
3. The jumpy transitions are all slides where the user has to click the custom-made NEXT button to continue. There are 3-4 slides where the slide advances per the timeline end, and the jumpyness is not taking place here and the transition is smooth.
