Some AI Voices are Going Away in April: What to do Next

According to Rise the Voice Matilda (american) will no longer be available in "66 days" but in the sheet you shared, she is even recommended to use as a replacement for Gigi?
Is this a bug in Rise? Will the voice only dissappear in Rise but will still be available in Storyline?
Can you give clarification here?

I too just ran into this issue with Matilda this morning and sent email to support. I had just finished replacing Gigi on several items with Matilda.

Gigi isn't as good as Matilda in my opinion. The Gigi narration is flat and emotionless
Hi Scott, I did get an email advising that Matilda is not part of the group being removed, so I didn't have to make changes.

I can confirm that our team has implemented a fix. Matilda should be working as expected. You should see the voice without any availability message.
