SSML tags not working

I am using Neural voice Mathew and sometimes the Prosody rate medium tag works and sometimes it won't. I have tried putting tag in before I copy and paste my text. I have tried putting the tags in after the text was copy and pasted in. I have done that with importing from notes and just typing the words in. It was working last week but not this week. Anyone having any idea on whats going on? Attached are screenshots from the same file with it working and not.

    Thanks for reaching out! I tested this on my end, and I'm not experiencing this behavior with SSML tags in Text-To-Speech in Storyline 360. 

    • Are you currently working with the latest version of Storyline 360? We just released Update 98 this week.
    • Is this happening with any other courses you're working on or just this one? 

     

    As a first step, I recommend a repair of Storyline 360. Sometimes, a quick repair will fix some erratic behavior!

    Please let us know if you're still encountering this issue with the Text-To-Speech SSML tags not working as expected. You can share a copy of your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look and continue troubleshooting this with you.

I am using Neural voice Mathew and sometimes the Prosody rate medium tag works and sometimes it won't. I have tried putting tag in before I copy and paste my text. I have tried putting the tags in after the text was copy and pasted in. I have done that with importing from notes and just typing the words in. It was working last week but not this week. Anyone having any idea on whats going on? Attached are screenshots from the same file with it working and not.
