Storyline - Publish to Word File
I am trying to publish a Storyline file to a Word file. It appears to go through the right process. However, when the completion box appears, there is no Word file to view. Is there a setting or ...

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue when attempting to publish your course to Word. I'd like to ask you a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.
- What is the error message that you receive? If you choose from a different follow-up option, such as Zip, do you still receive an error?
- Is this issue isolated to one file? Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline file?
Please let me know if you have additional questions! If you're comfortable sharing your file, you can upload it here or privately in a support case so we can investigate this further. We will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

In this instance, it may have been a server issue restricting me from saving the file as a word doc.
Saving to my local drive and transferring to my organisational server was successful.
