Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue:
- Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
- Is this happening with one specific .story file or every time you try to publish your projects in Storyline?
- Have you attempted to repair Storyline 3? Here are the instructions.
If a repair doesn't solve the issue, or if it's specific to a file, I'd recommend opening a support case with our engineers.
