Message d'erreurs SCORM

Bonjour, 

J'ai publié un prototype de projet en SCORM 2004 et voici le message qui s'affiche lorsque j'ouvre le projet : 

Nous sommes plusieurs utilisateurs à avoir testé, sur différents navigateurs et avec des connexions différentes, sur des réseaux différents. 

Nous avons également testé en navigation "normale" et en navigation privée. Pourtant, ce message s'affiche 9 fois sur 10. 

Quand on analyse la page, on voit que le projet envoie des messages "error 404 mobile/txt"...

Savez-vous d'où peut venir ce problème ? Du paramétrage du projet sur Storyline 360 ou de l'ordinateur en lui-même ?

    Hi Ambre, and thanks for reaching out!

    What version of Storyline are you using? Previously, projects published with Storyline 360 Version 3.69.28997.0, or later automatically included a lost connectivity alert. This notified learners when they lost their internet connection or when an LMS statement failed to record.

    In Update 76, we made a change that allows users to enable or disable the lost connectivity alert! You can find the steps here:

    1. Go to the Home tab on the Storyline ribbon and click Player.
    2. When the Player Properties window appears, click Other on the ribbon.
    3. In the Connectivity Alert section of the window, untick the Prevent learners from progressing when offline checkbox and click OK.
    4. Save the project file to keep it enabled every time you open the project.
