Storyline 3 Crashes on iPad Safari and Chrome

We are experiencing exactly the same issue.

  • An identical Scorm package published in both Storyline 2 and Storyline 3
  • Uploaded to ScormCloud
  • Tested using iPad 2

Storyline 3 version intermittently  crashes at random slides (A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded)

Storyline 2 version, much more stable and responsive and didn't crash once

Furthermore, we've noticed issues with Storyline 3 published content at slow internet connections.

  • Scorm package published in Storyline 3
  • Uploaded to ScormCloud
  • Tested in Google Chrome with speed throttled to 1.5 Meg using Developer Tools

Any slides with a video on the NEXT slide, freeze up when you click on the next button

Are there any particular settings that can be changed in the Storyline 3 publishing settings to make it behave more like the Storyline 2 version?
