Storyline 360 - Feedback Master Error After Updating
Since recently updating Articulate Storyline I have gone back into a file I made a few months ago. I have found that since the update:
- For quiz questions using the default feedback master slides, whilst the layout selected shows on the preview, when looking at the slide in create/review/publish it is incorrectly formatted
- Text has been moved so it no longer aligns with the page
Has anyone come across this issue before?

Seen this exact shape of problem after Storyline updates before — usually it's the master, not your slides.
Quick triage, in order:
1. View tab → Feedback Master. Check whether the layout your questions are using still exists there and isn't mangled. If the master itself looks wrong, the update broke the master, not your slides.
2. On one affected question slide, right-click in the left-hand pane → Apply Layout → re-pick the feedback layout. If it snaps back into place, repeat per slide (annoying, but fast).
3. If that doesn't fix it, import the quiz into a fresh Storyline file: File → Import → Storyline, pick your file. That rebuilds the project internals and clears up most post-update weirdness I've run into.
4. If none of that works, it's a genuine bug — send the .story file to Articulate Support with a note that it started right after the update.
One question that'd help diagnose: did it hit every quiz question in the file, or only some of them?
