Storyline 360 notmoving past initialization on new computer

I purchased an HP Envy with Windows 11 Pro and am having issues getting Storyline to run on the new computer.   I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  I have been back to the Geek Squad folks to see if it could be a firewall or other computer issue.  They could find no reason for it to basically stop loading. We have tried many of the suggestions in older posts about this.  Any thoughts?

    So sorry to hear you're having trouble getting Storyline 360 installed!
