Storyline audio stops working on random slides
I’ve been working with Storyline for some time, but this time I’ve encountered an issue where I’m unable to identify any clear cause or logic behind what’s happening.

I have the exact same issue. Running review360 in a private/incognito tab seems to resolve (not a suitable solution). All users experiencing the issue are running in our corporate VPN. When I test it outside of the VPN (on my personal laptop via Review360) the issue is not present. Can you confirm if the same is true for you? Behaviour seems to be identical running the SCORM file as it is in Review360.

I see you've connected with my teammate, Enelluar, in a support case. They recommended you ask your network admin to open port 443, and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist. Please give that a try and update Enelluar if you need further assistance!
