Storyline audio stops working on random slides

Hello everyone!
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 118, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for:
- Slides with audio didn’t always play as expected.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Adding my name to the list of users impacted. This affects everyone in our organization, but Incognito or Private Browsing fixes the issue.

I can see why this would be especially challenging if it’s affecting users across your organization. The fact that it works in Incognito or Private Browsing does point to something in the browser or network environment, like caching or security settings, impacting how the content is loaded.
Since others in this thread are seeing similar behavior and some cases are already being investigated, it would be a good idea to open a support case and share your Storyline file along with details about your setup (browser, VPN, LMS, etc.). That will help the team take a closer look and see what’s happening in your environment.

A ticket has been submitted. This also impacts our learners which are external users, not using our corporate network or VPN.
