Storyline audio text to speech opction

Hello Everyone!

I really like text to speech option newly added in Articulate storyline, this feature is amazing.

However, I have created one course in Storyline using computer generated audio now I want to replace that audio with this new Voice over but my concern is that audio speed is not matching my existing course and I am facing issue with  lots of rework with synchronization part, Can we add SPEED feature next audio option as I mock-up in attached grab, I hope that this feature will be helpful without touching your previous content and insert your new audio and set all work. Experts please suggest on this topic, if I am valid.

Thanks in Advance!

Sachin.

  • Hi, everyone!

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 83, we've included important fixes and new features!

One of the new features we've included:

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Please let me know if you need additional help!

  • Hi Sachin,

Thanks so much for that mock-up! We've been tracking requests for more editing options within the Text-to-Speech feature, and I'll be sure to add your idea to the list.

If this gets added to Storyline in a future update, I'll let you know!

Hi Alyssa, I have searched everywhere and cannot find any info or training video's on text to voice feature. As I create training for people with disabilities it is an imperative feature. Based on this post, it seems it's possible in Articulate, however, I can't find any training on how to do it. I'm new to Articulate, and just in trial, comparing Articulate to ISpring, which I know has this feature. I'd like to practice this feature in Articulate if it's available to make an informed decision.  Can you please direct me to a training information video on Articulate site?
