Storyline Blocks in Rise not running correctly in Preview or Review

Hello

I'm adding multiple storyline blocks to a Rise course which include embedded videos that trigger automatically on each slide or can be skipped. When Added to Rise as a block the Storyline file does not trigger automatically. The first slide is an introductory image that automatically advances to slide 2 where a video plays. The storyline block just shows as a static image and so it's making it difficult to review with my stakeholders as it looks broken with no obvious way to advance the interaction.
If I export as a SCORM file and load to my LMS the storyline block works as expected, showing the intro image and moving on to the first interaction.
What could be causing this please?

    Rise doesn't allow for auto-play of media, and a Storyline block is technically media. Auto-play of media isn't supported on some browsers (especially mobile) and isn't accessible-friendly.
