Storyline Blocks Not Publishing Correctly in Rise (works in Review 360 - but NOT in published courses)

I think this is a new issue - I know this was working correctly previously but I'm not sure when it stopped working. 

I've created a Rise course that includes 8 different storyline blocks of content and user interaction. It's hosted internally. This morning we got reports of the storyline blocks not working. When I went in to edit the Rise course, all of the storyline blocks looked good there. But when I published to Review 360, sure enough, the storyline blocks weren't there. So I deleted and re-added every block and it worked great in Review . . . but the updated file still isn't working when I publish and upload the course to my system. It seems like in the published version of the course, the storyline files are not being saved in the Assets folder. So users see a "Page Not Found" message. Please help!
