Storyline blocks not quickly updating to Rise

Hello,

I’ve recently noticed a delay when importing Storyline blocks into Rise. After uploading Storyline components to 360, then updating SL Rise blocks, the updates don’t immediately reflect in Rise. I often have to upload the components multiple times before the changes appear.

Could this issue be looked into? I frequently work on adding Storyline components to Rise simultaneously, and this delay has been quite frustrating.

    Hello VidaHaghighi​. 

    Thanks for reaching out! I tested inserting a Storyline project into a Storyline Block in Rise 360 and didn't experience any delay.

    • Just to clarify, have you published your Storyline file as a new item in Review 360?
    • Do you notice any change if you switch browsers or use an incognito window?
    • Does this happen with any Storyline project you select, or only this one?
