Storyline course completion issue with Cornerstone in Demand

Sorry to hear some of your Storyline learners are not being marked as completed in Cornerstone LMS!
From what you've described, the behavior sound LMS-related. A fellow Cornerstone user shared some helpful tips earlier in the discussion, you may want to explore!
Hello! The issue isn't something I can recreate, which makes reporting it to CSOD and asking them to look into it difficult.
I've done a few things that seems to help so far:
1) add a button and trigger on the final slide for
2) START the final slide with this trigger.
3) Final slide says
4) Leave launch in a new window unchecked in the player
5) When publishing, make sure you select Completed/Incomplete
