Storyline course not loading completely on Mac.

Hi, Yvonne -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of the troubles your participant is experiencing! May I ask, is the same behavior being reported when you test the course within your LMS on a PC instead of a Mac?
And, could you also let us know if you/she are finding the same behavior when you test the published output in the SCORM Cloud (as it is the recommended testing environment for LMS courses) on her Mac, as well?
You are also welcome to share your .story file and I will be happy to perform some testing on my Mac (from within SCORM Cloud), as well.
