Storyline course not loading completely on Mac.

Do you know what browser she was accessing it through? She'll want to make sure that its Safari 7 and later or Google Chrome (latest version). If you haven't published for HTML5 I would suspect the user would also want to confirm that they have a Flash player installed within the browser (Chrome has a flash plugin so just have her check that it's enabled).
