Hi LaurenDuvall​,

I tried the “one global solution” for most problems — uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline, and it seems to have worked. I’m no longer seeing the error.

EmmaJFord_ID​, you may want to try this as a temporary workaround until the team identifies the root cause and provides a permanent fix.
