I'm glad JHauglie is providing excellent help here. I agree with his recommendations. If a restart doesn't fix the issue, try running these steps to fix installation issues.
If the issue persists, we'd be happy to investigate further. You may share your Storyline project with the Vyond characters and video here or privately in a support case, where our Support Engineers will work with you one-on-one. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
