My client has a Storyline file requiring updating, however she no longer has Articulate. The file resides on a shared Google drive. When she sends me the link to download it, I see what's in the FilesIsee.jpg I've attached.
Any thoughts as to why this is happening?
Google might be seeing the .story file and interpretting it as a file that can be unpackaged - hence you are seeing the "inner workings" within.
Just download the file as a single file (which you should be able to do from Google) and all should be well.
I'd have her save the file as a zip and then you should be able to download the .zip file.

Those are the files and folders that make up a ,story "file". Select them all and download. Drive will put them all in one zip folder and download it. Change the "zip" extension to "story", and you can load it to SL.
